Independent Cities Risk Management Authority (ICRMA) is a Joint Powers Authority comprised of like-minded municipalities, formed in 1980 to protect and improve California communities. ICRMA prides itself on providing cities with a voice that advocates for local control, long-term financial sustainability, diverse expertise and proactive member services. Our focus remains on collaboration, reduction of risks, and leading the industry through a cooperative approach to risk management solutions for SoCal Municipalities.
