Departments

Professional departments connect city officials with like-minded colleagues to share ideas and shape Cal Cities’ policy and advocacy efforts. Members receive access to tailored, cutting-edge professional development programs, conferences, and seminars. Departments provide much-needed technical and advisory support through representation on Cal Cities' board of directors and policy committees and help create continuing education programs and other works of interest to department members.
