We are excited to announce Heidi Connal as the seminar’s keynote speaker. Connal is an “executive coach, adventure traveler, and gratitude finder” and she is known for her leadership and consulting expertise in large global enterprises, such as Salesforce, Bank of America, American Express, the United Nations, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Connal’s keynote, “Bouncing Back: Resiliency in Times of Stress and Change” is intended to help participants when life situations—personal or professional—catch them off guard. During these times it’s easy to lose confidence, but Connal describes how to recover quickly, spending less time “on the down and more time in creative action.” In this talk, Connal shares the latest in neuroscience, behavioral psychology, mindfulness, and coaching techniques explaining how to rewire the brain for positivity, self-compassion, and a strong sense of purpose.
